SpECcell Fibre is a bitumen‑impregnated fibreboard supplied as a compressible sheet joint filler for expansion joints in concrete, brickwork and blockwork. It accommodates repeated movement, recovers about 81 % after 50 % compression, and remains non‑extruding within a service temperature range of –10 °C to +75 °C. The material is resistant to dry or wet rot, fungal attack and other deteriorating agents.
