A pre-bagged, one part, cementitious skim coat designed to provide a fair faced finish to rough and uneven concrete or masonry surfaces. It can be applied as a skim coating to improve the smoothness and regularity of surfaces, and is suitable for reinstating concrete surface defects, providing a uniform surface over repaired surfaces, and correcting errors with respect to line and level.
