SikaTop Seal‑107 is a two‑part acrylic polymer‑modified cementitious liquid coating used for interior and exterior waterproofing and dampproofing of concrete, masonry and other cementitious substrates, including applications in contact with potable water. After mixing, the system develops a compressive strength of about 35 N/mm² and a flexural strength of roughly 10 N/mm² at 28 days, providing a durable barrier against water penetration.
