SikaTop 550 Seal is an acrylic‑reinforced cementitious waterproofing mortar used for coating concrete surfaces such as façades. It forms a dense, low‑permeability barrier (water permeability <0.1 kg m‑2 h‑0.5) that resists wear, weathering and chemicals including sodium hydroxide, calcium chloride and de‑icing salts. Application requires a minimum total thickness of 2 mm applied in at least two layers within an ambient temperature range of +5 °C to 45 °C.
