Sika AnchorFix®‑3001 is a two‑part, epoxy‑resin based, thixotropic anchoring adhesive designed for installing threaded rods and reinforcement bars in both cracked and uncracked dry or damp concrete. It is mixed 1:1 and provides high mechanical performance, with a 7‑day compressive strength of about 85 MPa and a modulus of elasticity in compression around 5 GPa. The product also offers tensile strengths of roughly 23 MPa after seven days.
