Polyseal 1PU is a one‑part, low‑modulus polyurethane sealant that cures by absorbing atmospheric moisture to form a flexible, watertight rubber seal. It is suitable for horizontal and vertical joints in concrete expansion joints, precast concrete cladding and brick cladding, accommodating movement of up to ±25%. The sealant offers high resilience and good substrate adhesion.
