PolyCoat RBE 10 is a water‑based, rubber‑modified bitumen coating that dries to a flexible, vapor‑proof protective layer. It is applied as a protective coating on concrete foundations and other building substrates to prevent moisture ingress and environmental damage. The coating offers good resistance to chloride and sulphate ions and adheres well to most building materials.
