Fosroc Nitoproof 725 is a one‑component, cold‑applied, water‑based modified polyurethane hybrid elastomeric membrane. It is applied with roller, brush, squeegee or spray for exposed roof waterproofing in new construction and refurbishment, offering flexibility, UV resistance, fire rating and high adhesion. The membrane provides crack‑bridging ability and resistance to water, mold and roots.
