Nitoproof 30 is a single‑component, water‑based rubber‑reinforced bitumen emulsion that dries to a flexible black coating. It is applied as a waterproofing and damp‑proof membrane for walls, floors and other building substrates, and also serves as a vapor seal and adhesive for materials such as cork panels and insulation boards. The product is non‑toxic, non‑flammable and resists attack by chloride and sulphate ions, and can be applied to green concrete.
