A film-forming, stabilising primer for Dekguard S & Dekguard E2000 system, used as a film-forming, stabilising primer. It protects concrete from Ingress of water and chloride ions and has excellent water repellency, resistant to fuels and oils, and suitable for both new and old concrete.
